Zero chemicals or solvents
Rich in Omega-3 & Omega-6
FSSAI compliant

Best for: Indian cooking, tadka, marinades, hair & skin care

Buy Cold Pressed Mustard Oil in Gurugram — same-day delivery, Sector 9A

Key Benefits

Omega-3 ALA (6–14 g/100ml)

One of the richest plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid — the essential Omega-3 your body cannot synthesise.

Omega-6 (15–30 g/100ml)

Balanced Omega-6 linoleic acid supports cell membrane integrity and inflammatory response regulation.

Glucosinolates intact

Cold pressing below 45°C preserves glucosinolates — the sulphur compounds responsible for mustard oil's characteristic pungency and antimicrobial properties.

Zero hexane — ever

No solvent extraction. No chemical residue. Just mechanical pressure on quality seeds — the only way to guarantee a clean oil.

Vitamin E ~22 mg/100ml

Natural tocopherols act as antioxidants, protecting the oil from oxidation and supporting skin and cellular health.

AITC — natural antimicrobial

Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) gives cold press mustard oil its antibacterial and antifungal properties — destroyed entirely by refining.

How to Use

1

Tadka & tempering

Heat to smoking point briefly, let it cool slightly, then add mustard seeds and curry leaves. The brief smoke removes raw pungency and unlocks the oil's full flavour.

2

Marinades

Rub directly onto fish, chicken, or paneer before grilling or baking. The natural AITC tenderises protein and adds depth that no refined oil can replicate.

3

Deep frying

Smoke point ~250°C makes it suitable for pakoras, puri, and bhatura. Use fresh oil each time to preserve the beneficial compounds.

4

Hair massage

Warm gently (not hot). Massage into scalp for 10–15 minutes before washing. The beta-sitosterol and Vitamin E nourish the scalp and strengthen hair roots.

5

Skin care

Apply a few drops to dry skin or cracked heels. The natural fatty acids and Vitamin E moisturise deeply. Use only cold press oil — refined mustard oil lacks these compounds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dune Aura cold pressed mustard oil (kachi ghani sarson ka tel) is rich in Omega-3 ALA (6–14 g/100ml), Omega-6 linoleic acid (15–30 g/100ml), Vitamin E (~22 mg/100ml), glucosinolates, and allyl isothiocyanate (AITC). These compounds support cardiovascular health, reduce inflammation, provide natural antimicrobial protection, and nourish skin and hair. Cold pressing below 45°C preserves all these nutrients — they are destroyed in refined mustard oil.

Yes. Cold pressed mustard oil has a smoke point of approximately 250°C, making it suitable for tadka, deep frying, stir-frying, and marinades. It is the traditional cooking oil of North and East India. For maximum nutritional benefit, use it for medium-heat cooking, tadka, and raw applications like drizzling over dal or rice.

Kachi ghani means "cold wooden press" — oil extracted from mustard seeds using a traditional wooden Ghani press at below 45°C, with no heat, no solvents, and no chemical processing. This method preserves the natural pungency, colour, and nutritional compounds of the mustard seed. Dune Aura produces kachi ghani sarson ka tel at its Sector 9A facility in Gurgaon.

Yes. Cold pressed mustard oil is traditionally used for scalp massage and hair conditioning. It contains beta-sitosterol, Vitamin E, and natural fatty acids that nourish the scalp, strengthen hair roots, and may support hair growth. Warm the oil gently and massage into the scalp for 10–15 minutes before washing. Use only cold press (kachi ghani) oil — refined mustard oil lacks these compounds.

Cold Press Soya Oil

Cold-pressed from premium soybeans, our soya oil delivers a clean, neutral flavour that works across every cuisine. High in polyunsaturated fats and Vitamin E — ideal for everyday cooking and health-conscious households.

High in Vitamin E
Light neutral flavour
Rich in polyunsaturated fats
FSSAI compliant

Best for: Everyday cooking, baking, salad dressings

Buy Cold Pressed Soya Oil in Gurugram — same-day delivery, Sector 9A

Key Benefits

Omega-3 ALA ~7 g/100ml

Soya oil is one of the few vegetable oils with a meaningful Omega-3 (ALA) content — supporting cardiovascular health and reducing systemic inflammation when consumed as part of a balanced diet.

Omega-6 (LA) ~51 g/100ml

High linoleic acid content supports cell membrane structure and skin barrier function. Cold pressing preserves the full polyunsaturated fatty acid profile intact.

Vitamin E ~17 mg/100ml

Natural tocopherols act as antioxidants, protecting the oil from oxidative rancidity and supporting skin and immune health. Significantly higher than in refined soya oil.

Phytosterols — cholesterol support

Soya oil is naturally rich in beta-sitosterol and campesterol — plant sterols that compete with dietary cholesterol for absorption, supporting healthy blood lipid levels.

Neutral flavour — cuisine-versatile

The mild, clean taste of cold press soya oil makes it the most versatile oil in the range — it does not compete with the flavours of the dish, making it ideal for everyday cooking.

Zero hexane extraction

Commercially, soya oil is almost always solvent-extracted with hexane. Ours is mechanically cold pressed below 45°C — no chemical residue, no deodorising, no bleaching.

How to Use

1

Everyday tadka

The neutral flavour makes it ideal for daily cooking where you want the spices and ingredients to shine. Use for tempering dal, sabzi, and rice dishes without any competing oil flavour.

2

Baking & pastry

Substitute for butter or refined oil in cakes, muffins, and flatbreads at a 1:1 ratio. The neutral taste ensures the baked flavour is clean and the texture stays moist.

3

Salad dressings

Whisk with lemon juice, mustard, and herbs for a light vinaigrette. The mild flavour lets the dressing ingredients lead — ideal for delicate salads and grain bowls.

4

High-heat frying

Smoke point ~160°C (cold pressed) makes it suitable for sautéing and shallow frying. Use fresh oil and avoid reheating repeatedly to preserve the Omega-3 content.

5

Skin & hair care

The high Vitamin E and linoleic acid content make cold press soya oil an effective emollient. Apply to dry skin or use as a light hair serum — absorbs without a heavy residue.

No. Dune Aura cold pressed soya oil is mechanically extracted below 45°C with no solvents, no bleaching, and no deodorising. Cold Press Coconut Oil

Pure. Aromatic. Multi-use.

Virgin cold-pressed coconut oil with its natural aroma and lauric acid content fully intact. No refining, no bleaching — just the pure essence of coconut. Equally at home in the kitchen and the bathroom cabinet.

High lauric acid content
Unrefined, unbleached
Natural coconut aroma
FSSAI compliant

Best for: South Indian cooking, hair care, skin moisturising

Key Benefits

Lauric acid (48%)

Lauric acid converts to monolaurin in the body — a compound with documented antimicrobial and antiviral properties. Cold pressing preserves it fully.

MCTs — rapid energy

Medium-chain triglycerides are metabolised differently from long-chain fats — absorbed directly by the liver for quick energy rather than stored as body fat.

Natural aroma intact

Cold press coconut oil retains its characteristic coconut fragrance — a marker of minimal processing. Refined coconut oil is deodorised and loses this entirely.

Stable at high heat

High saturated fat content gives coconut oil exceptional oxidative stability — it does not form harmful aldehydes at cooking temperatures the way polyunsaturated oils do.

How to Use

1

South Indian cooking

Essential for authentic Kerala and Tamil Nadu cuisine — avial, theeyal, fish curries, and coconut chutneys all depend on cold press coconut oil's flavour.

2

Hair oil

Penetrates the hair shaft better than most oils due to its low molecular weight. Apply to dry hair 30 minutes before washing to reduce protein loss.

3

Skin moisturiser

Apply to damp skin after bathing. The lauric acid provides antimicrobial protection while the MCTs moisturise without clogging pores.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dune Aura cold pressed coconut oil is rich in lauric acid (~48 g/100ml) — the richest plant source — which converts to monolaurin in the body with antimicrobial and antiviral properties. It also contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) for rapid energy, natural Vitamin E and K, and caprylic and capric acids that support skin and hair health. Cold pressing below 45°C preserves the natural coconut aroma and all these nutrients.

Yes. Cold pressed coconut oil is one of the most effective oils for hair care. The lauric acid penetrates the hair shaft (unlike most other oils that sit on the surface), reducing protein loss and strengthening hair from within. Apply warm oil from roots to tips, leave for 30–60 minutes or overnight, then wash. Use only cold pressed (virgin) coconut oil — refined coconut oil lacks the lauric acid penetration benefit.

Yes. Cold pressed coconut oil is the traditional cooking oil of Kerala and South India. It is ideal for Kerala curries, fish molee, avial, and South Indian tempering. The smoke point is approximately 177°C — suitable for medium-heat cooking. The natural coconut aroma is integral to these dishes and cannot be replicated with refined coconut oil.

Virgin coconut oil and cold pressed coconut oil are essentially the same product — both are extracted from fresh coconut without heat or chemical processing. The term "virgin" emphasises the unrefined, first-press nature. Dune Aura cold pressed coconut oil is extracted below 45°C with no solvents, no bleaching, and no deodorising — preserving the natural coconut fragrance, lauric acid, and MCT content.

Cold pressed coconut oil has a natural shelf life of 18–24 months when stored in a cool, dark place. It is solid below 24°C and liquid above — this is normal and does not affect quality. The high saturated fat content (primarily lauric acid) makes it naturally resistant to oxidation, giving it a longer shelf life than most other cold pressed oils.

Key Benefits

Sesamol — potent antioxidant

Sesamol is a phenolic antioxidant unique to sesame oil. It inhibits lipid peroxidation, protecting cells from oxidative damage and extending the oil's natural shelf life.

Sesamin & sesamolin lignans

These lignans have been shown in research to support liver health, reduce LDL cholesterol, and exhibit anti-inflammatory properties.

Heart-healthy fatty acid ratio

Balanced Omega-6 (41%) and monounsaturated oleic acid (39%) with minimal saturated fat — a profile that supports cardiovascular health.

Natural preservative effect

Sesamol and sesamin act as natural preservatives, giving cold press sesame oil a longer shelf life than most other cold pressed oils without any additives.

How to Use

1

South Indian tadka

Use for tempering mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chillies. The nutty aroma intensifies beautifully at high heat.

2

Finishing oil

Drizzle over rice dishes, chutneys, or salads just before serving. Cold press sesame oil's flavour is too complex to waste on high-heat cooking alone.

3

Massage oil

Traditional Ayurvedic abhyanga massage uses sesame oil for its warming properties and deep tissue penetration. Warm slightly before use.

Dune Aura cold pressed sesame oil contains sesamol (a potent antioxidant unique to sesame), sesamin and sesamolin lignans (anti-inflammatory, liver-protective), balanced Omega-6 (41%) and oleic acid (39%), and Vitamin E. These compounds support cardiovascular health, reduce oxidative stress, and give sesame oil its natural preservative properties. Cold pressing below 45°C preserves all these nutrients intact.

Gingelly oil and sesame oil are the same — gingelly is the South Indian term for sesame (til). Cold pressed gingelly oil (til ka tel) is the traditional cooking oil of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. Dune Aura cold pressed sesame oil is extracted below 45°C with no solvents, preserving the deep amber colour, nutty aroma, and full sesamol content.

Yes. Sesame oil is the classical Ayurvedic choice for oil pulling (kavala or gandusha). Swish 1 tablespoon of cold pressed sesame oil in the mouth for 10–15 minutes on an empty stomach. The traditional practice is believed to support oral health. Use only cold pressed sesame oil — refined sesame oil lacks the sesamol and sesamin compounds.

Cold pressed sesame oil has a smoke point of approximately 177°C, making it suitable for medium-heat cooking, South Indian tadka, and stir-frying. For best results, add it at the end of cooking to preserve the sesamol and sesamin compounds. It is ideal for ellu sadam (sesame rice), South Indian tempering, and Ayurvedic massage (abhyanga).

Yes. Dune Aura cold pressed sesame oil is the traditional base oil for Ayurvedic abhyanga (self-massage). Warm the oil gently and apply to the body before bathing. Key Benefits

Vitamin E ~39 mg/100ml

Cold press almond oil is one of the richest natural sources of Vitamin E (tocopherols) — a potent antioxidant that protects cells, supports skin elasticity, and preserves the oil from oxidation.

High oleic acid ~70 g/100ml

Almond oil is predominantly monounsaturated oleic acid (Omega-9) — the same heart-healthy fat found in olive oil. Supports good cholesterol levels and cardiovascular health.

Zinc & magnesium

Cold pressing preserves trace minerals including zinc and magnesium — essential for enzyme function, immune response, and skin repair. Absent in refined almond oil.

Mild, non-competing flavour

The delicate, slightly nutty flavour of cold press almond oil does not overpower dishes — ideal for salad dressings, baking, and finishing where a neutral but premium oil is needed.

Zero hexane extraction

Mechanically cold pressed below 45°C. No solvent residue, no bleaching, no deodorising — the only way to preserve the full Vitamin E and fatty acid profile of the almond.

Skin & hair absorption

The fatty acid profile of almond oil closely mirrors the skin's natural sebum — it absorbs quickly without a greasy residue, making it one of the most effective carrier oils for topical use.

How to Use

1

Salad dressings

Whisk with lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and herbs for a light, premium vinaigrette. The mild flavour lets the dressing ingredients lead — ideal for delicate salads and grain bowls.

2

Baking

Substitute for butter or refined oil in cakes, muffins, and cookies at a 1:1 ratio. Adds a subtle nutty note and keeps baked goods moist without a heavy flavour.

3

Light sauteing

Smoke point ~216°C makes it suitable for light sauteing and low-to-medium heat cooking. Ideal for eggs, delicate fish, and vegetables where a clean, mild oil is preferred.

4

Hair conditioning

Apply warm oil from roots to tips. Leave for 20–30 minutes before washing. The Vitamin E and oleic acid penetrate the hair shaft, reducing breakage and adding shine.

5

Vitamin E ~15 mg/100ml

Peanut oil contains resveratrol, the same antioxidant found in red wine. Cold pressing preserves it — refining removes it entirely.

3

Salad dressings

Use raw in salad dressings and marinades for maximum Vitamin E and resveratrol. The nutty flavour pairs well with chaat, kachumber, and grilled vegetables.

4

Traditional snacks

Authentic choice for chikki, peanut chutney, and traditional Rajasthani and Gujarati snacks where moongphali tel is the traditional cooking medium.

5

Hair & skin care

High Vitamin E and oleic acid content make cold pressed peanut oil an effective emollient for dry skin and scalp massage. Absorbs well without a heavy residue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dune Aura cold pressed peanut oil is high in heart-healthy monounsaturated oleic acid (~50 g/100ml), Vitamin E (~15 mg/100ml), and resveratrol — the same antioxidant found in red wine. It retains its natural nutty aroma (destroyed in refined peanut oil by deodorisation) and is free from hexane residue. Cold pressing below 45°C preserves the full fatty acid profile and antioxidant content.

Yes. Cold pressed peanut oil is the traditional cooking oil of Rajasthan and Gujarat. It is ideal for tadka, stir-frying, and traditional snacks like chikki and peanut chutney. The smoke point of approximately 230°C makes it suitable for high-heat cooking. The natural nutty aroma enhances dal, sabzi, and rice dishes — particularly in Rajasthani and Gujarati cooking.

Yes. Dune Aura cold pressed peanut oil contains resveratrol — the same antioxidant found in red wine and associated with cardiovascular health benefits. Cold pressing below 45°C preserves resveratrol intact — it is removed entirely in refined peanut oil through the deodorisation process.

Cold pressed peanut oil has a smoke point of approximately 230°C, making it suitable for stir-frying, sautéing, and high-heat Indian cooking. It is the best choice in the Dune Aura range for Chinese and South-East Asian cooking styles where a high smoke point and nutty flavour are both desired.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Cold press (kachi ghani) mustard oil is extracted mechanically at below 45°C using a wooden Ghani press, with no heat, no solvents, and no chemical processing. This preserves the natural allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E, and phytochemicals that give mustard oil its nutritional value and characteristic pungency. Refined mustard oil is processed at temperatures above 200°C and treated with solvents, bleaching agents, and deodorisers — stripping out most of these beneficial compounds. Dune Aura produces only cold press oil.

Yes. All Dune Aura cold press oils and stone-ground spices are manufactured at our Gurgaon facility in compliance with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations. We provide batch-level documentation and Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all B2B orders.

Dune Aura cold press mustard oil is available in 500ml, 1 litre, and 2 litre bottles for household use. Bulk supply in drums and IBC totes is available for B2B customers — contact us via the B2B Enquiry page for pricing and minimum order quantities.

Unopened and stored correctly (cool, dark place, away from heat and sunlight), Dune Aura cold press mustard oil has a shelf life of 9 months from the pressing date. Once opened, it should be consumed within 3–4 months for best quality. Store with the cap tightly closed and use dry utensils to avoid water contamination.

Yes. We deliver across Gurgaon, including Sector 9, Sector 9A, Sector 10, Sector 10A, and surrounding areas. Our store is located at DSS 53, Sector 9A Market, Gurgaon 122001. Contact us to arrange delivery or visit us directly Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm.

Yes. Cold press mustard oil retains its natural beta-sitosterol, Vitamin E, and fatty acids that make it effective for scalp massage, hair conditioning, and skin moisturisation. The antibacterial and antifungal properties of AITC also help with dandruff and minor skin conditions. Use only cold press (kachi ghani) oil for topical use — refined mustard oil lacks these compounds.

Minimum order quantities for B2B supply depend on the product and delivery location. For mustard oil, we typically supply from 100 litres upward for institutional customers. For food manufacturers, soap makers, and processors requiring larger volumes, we supply in drums and IBC totes. Submit an enquiry on our B2B Enquiry page and our team will respond within 24 hours.

Dune Aura offers 14 stone-ground spices: Turmeric (Haldi), Red Chilli (Lal Mirch), Coriander (Dhaniya), Cumin (Jeera), Garam Masala, Chicken Masala, Mutton Masala, Biryani Masala, Pulao Masala, Sambhar Masala, Chana Masala, Rajma Masala, Kitchen King Masala, and Raita Masala. All are ground on traditional stone mills at low speed to preserve volatile oils and natural aroma — the same principle as our cold press oils.

Most mustard oil sold in Indian supermarkets — even products labelled "kachi ghani" — is either refined, blended, or extracted using solvent (hexane) methods. Genuine kachi ghani oil should be deep golden-amber in colour, have a strong natural pungency, and show slight sediment. Dune Aura's oil is extracted in small batches at our Sector 9A facility, bottled immediately after pressing, and contains no additives, blends, or chemical residues.

Cold press mustard oil has a smoke point of approximately 250°C, making it suitable for most Indian cooking including deep frying, tadka, and stir-frying. However, repeated high-heat use degrades the beneficial compounds. For maximum nutritional benefit, use cold press mustard oil for medium-heat cooking, tadka, marinades, and raw applications (drizzled over dal or rice). For everyday stir-fry and high-heat cooking, cold press peanut oil (also available from Dune Aura) is an excellent alternative with its natural nutty aroma.
