Refund & Returns Policy

At Dune Aura, we take pride in the quality of every bottle of cold pressed oil and every packet of stone-ground masala we deliver. We have a 5-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original, sealed packaging. The original invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery.
• You received the wrong product (wrong SKU, size, or variant).
• The product packaging is not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
• The product has expired by the time of delivery.

Once a product has been opened or used, it is ineligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 5 days of delivery:

Please share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product and packaging. We will confirm pickup within 24 hours.

Exchange Process

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. You will be notified of the expected pickup date. In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 business days after the return pickup is completed.

For any delivery discrepancy (missing item, short quantity), please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been dispatched.
• If accepted, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• Dune Aura reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or problems with the details provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Actual credit timing depends on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in original sealed packaging.
• Products returned more than 5 days after delivery.
• Products without the original invoice.
