We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details beyond what is necessary to process a payment, health data, biometric data, or data relating to children under 18.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with GST and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4.

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Erase your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations).
