1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using duneaura.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dune Aura (DSS 53, Sector 9A Market, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India) under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Products and Descriptions

Dune Aura manufactures and sells cold-pressed edible oils and stone-ground spices. All products are FSSAI licensed. Product descriptions, nutritional information, and images on the Website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation in raw materials.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it. Payment is accepted via UPI (suryabhn@okaxis), bank transfer, and GoDaddy Payments (debit/credit card). Payment must be received before dispatch.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Gurugram (Gurgaon) for orders placed before 12:00 noon IST on business days (Monday–Saturday). Pan-India shipping is available with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

• Damaged or defective on arrival.
• Incorrectly supplied (wrong product or quantity).

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or call +91 99995 55242 within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photograph of the issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened and used, unless they are defective. Perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective.

These terms are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and blog articles — is the property of Dune Aura and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Health-related information on the Website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dune Aura's liability for any claim arising from use of the Website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

For consumer disputes, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the appropriate State/District Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
