Cold Press Oils in Gurgaon — Our Story
From the Field
To Your Kitchen
Three crops. One promise. Mustard, sesame, and soya — cold pressed at below 45 degrees C to preserve every nutrient nature intended.
Who We Are
Untouched Purity,
Directly to Your Kitchen
In the pristine, arid belts where the earth meets the sky, yellow mustard seeds grow with fierce resilience. Fed by minimal water and maximum sunlight, these seeds naturally concentrate their nutrient density — locking in an extraordinary profile of essential fatty acids.
Dune Aura brings this untouched purity directly to your kitchen. Extracted using traditional wooden Ghanis at temperatures strictly below 45°C, we never introduce chemical solvents, artificial heat, or refining agents.
The result is a lighter, smoother, and incredibly nutrient-dense cooking oil with a subtle, elegant aroma. It isn't just oil — it is the raw, glowing vitality of nature, captured to protect your heart and elevate your lifestyle.

The Person Behind the Brand
A Vision Rooted in
Purity and Purpose
Mr Surya Bhan Singh completed his B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and began his career in the food and hospitality industry. Working across food processing, culinary management, and food quality, he developed a deep appreciation for how the quality of ingredients shapes both the taste of food and the well-being of those who consume it.
In the course of his journey, he observed that many edible oils available in the market were heavily processed and often fell short of the purity that families truly deserved. This realisation led him to a clear conviction: people should have access to cooking oils that are natural, honest, and crafted without compromise.
Guided by this vision, he set out to build a company dedicated to purity and trust. Since mustard oil holds a cherished place in Indian households, it became the first product of Dune Aura Industries Private Limited — produced using the traditional cold-pressed method, reflecting his commitment to preserving the natural goodness of every seed.
As the company grew, the same philosophy was extended to cold-pressed sesame oil, coconut oil, and soya oil. Today, Mr Surya Bhan Singh and his team are actively engaged in research and development on naturally processed spices — with the aim of bringing the same level of authenticity and care to every kitchen. At Dune Aura, the mission remains simple: to bring purity back to everyday cooking through carefully crafted oils and spices, guided always by quality, honesty, and the well-being of every family we serve.

What Guides Us
Six Principles. No Exceptions.
Sun-Fed Seeds
Grown in arid belts where minimal water and maximum sunlight force the mustard seed to concentrate its nutrients — producing an oil of extraordinary density.
Below 45°C, Always
Our wooden Ghanis extract oil at temperatures strictly below 45°C. Heat destroys. We preserve.
Zero Solvents
No hexane. No chemical agents. No refining. The oil that leaves our facility is the same oil the seed held inside.
Lighter & Smoother
Cold-pressed mustard oil is naturally lighter on the palate — with a subtle, elegant aroma that refined oils can never replicate.
Nutrient Intact
Essential fatty acids, Omega-3, Omega-6, Vitamin E — all preserved because we never introduce the heat that destroys them.
Heart-First Philosophy
Every decision we make — from seed sourcing to bottling — is guided by one question: is this good for the person who eats it?
How We Make It
The Ghani Process —
Step by Step
Every bottle of Dune Aura oil passes through the same six steps — unchanged since the first press. No shortcuts. No substitutions.
Seed Sourcing
We source yellow mustard seeds from arid-belt farms where sun intensity and low moisture naturally maximise nutrient concentration in every seed.
Cleaning & Sorting
Seeds are cleaned and sorted to remove impurities before pressing — no shortcuts that compromise the final oil quality.
Wooden Ghani Pressing
Traditional wooden Ghanis apply slow, steady mechanical pressure. Temperature is monitored and kept strictly below 45°C throughout extraction.
Natural Settling
The raw oil is allowed to settle naturally — no centrifuges, no chemical clarifiers. Sediment separates on its own time.
Filtration
A gentle mechanical filtration removes fine particles while retaining all natural compounds, colour, and aroma.
Bottling
Filled and sealed at our Gurgaon facility. No additives, no preservatives. What you open is exactly what the seed gave us.
