How does the Dune Aura monthly delivery subscription work?
Call or WhatsApp us at +91 99995 55242 to set up your subscription. Tell us which oils you want, what quantities, and how often. We will schedule your deliveries and send a reminder WhatsApp 2 days before each dispatch. Payment is collected on delivery (cash or UPI) or prepaid via bank transfer for a 5% additional discount.
Which areas in Gurgaon do you deliver to?
We deliver across all of Gurgaon / Gurugram — DLF Phases 1–5, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Dwarka Expressway, Palam Vihar, Sector 9A, Sector 14, Sector 29, MG Road, Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, and all residential sectors. We also deliver to select areas in Delhi (Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Saket) and Noida. Call to confirm your pincode.
Can I customise my subscription — mix different oils?
Yes. You can mix any combination of our cold pressed oils — mustard, sesame, coconut, peanut, rice bran, or soya. You can also include masala products. Tell us your requirements and we will create a custom subscription.
Is there a minimum order for subscription delivery?
The minimum subscription order is ₹300 per delivery. There is no minimum contract period — you can cancel after the first delivery.
How is subscription pricing different from single orders?
Subscription customers receive a 5–10% discount on the standard price, depending on order size and frequency. Larger and more frequent orders receive higher discounts. Payment in advance (monthly or quarterly) receives an additional 5% discount.
Do you deliver to Delhi and Noida as well?
Yes, we deliver to select areas in Delhi (Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Saket, Karol Bagh, Rohini, Laxmi Nagar) and Noida (Sectors 18, 62, 137). Delivery to Delhi and Noida is next-day rather than same-day. Call +91 99995 55242 to confirm delivery to your area.
